✔ Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
✔ Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during special occasions such as Eid, sale events, or promotional campaigns may require additional processing time.
✔ Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your shipment tracking details.
✔ All products undergo a quality inspection before dispatch to ensure they meet Jalil Brothers’ premium standards.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Within Pakistan
📍 Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days for most cities across Pakistan.
📍 Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take slightly longer depending on courier service availability.
📍 During peak seasons, promotional campaigns, Eid, wedding seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended.
International Shipping

SHIPPING CHARGES
✔ Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, package weight, and order value.

✔ Shipping charges associated with size exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on the part of Jalil Brothers.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
