SHIPPING POLICY

Jalil Brothers is committed to ensuring the timely, secure, and efficient delivery of all orders placed through its retail and online sales channels. Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that products are delivered in excellent condition and within the estimated delivery period.
Customers are requested to review the following Shipping Policy carefully.
1. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
Orders are ordinarily processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) working hours following order confirmation.
For the purposes of this policy, working days shall mean Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during periods of exceptionally high demand, including but not limited to Eid, seasonal promotions, and sale events, may require additional processing time.
Upon dispatch of an order, customers shall receive a confirmation message or email containing the relevant shipment tracking information.
All products undergo a final quality inspection prior to dispatch in order to ensure compliance with the quality standards maintained by Jalil Brothers.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
2.1 Deliveries Within Pakistan
The standard estimated delivery period for orders within Pakistan is three (3) to seven (7) working days from the date of dispatch.
Deliveries to remote or less accessible locations may require additional transit time, depending upon courier service availability and regional accessibility.
During periods of increased demand, including promotional campaigns, festive seasons, wedding seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended.
2.2 International Deliveries
International shipping services are presently unavailable.
Jalil Brothers intends to introduce international delivery services in the future. Customers are encouraged to refer to our official communication channels for updates regarding the availability of international shipping.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges shall be determined on the basis of delivery location, package dimensions, package weight, and order value.
Applicable shipping charges, where any, shall be displayed during the checkout process prior to order confirmation.
From time to time, Jalil Brothers may offer promotional shipping incentives, including complimentary shipping. Such promotions shall be subject to specific terms and conditions and will be communicated through official channels.
Shipping charges arising from size-related exchanges shall remain the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is necessitated by an error attributable to Jalil Brothers.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch, customers shall receive shipment tracking details via SMS, electronic mail, WhatsApp, or any other appropriate communication channel.
Customers may track the progress of their shipment through the relevant courier service provider.
Should assistance be required regarding shipment status, customers may contact the Customer Support Department for further information.
5. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the delivery address and contact details.
Where delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate information, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or any other customer-related reason, the courier service provider may attempt redelivery in accordance with its standard procedures.
Orders remaining undelivered after repeated delivery attempts may be returned to Jalil Brothers.
In such circumstances, customers may be required to place a new order and may be liable for any additional shipping charges incurred.
6. DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers are advised to inspect all packages promptly upon delivery.
Any claim relating to damaged products, missing items, or incorrectly supplied products must be reported to Jalil Brothers within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
Customers may be requested to provide photographs, videos, or other supporting evidence for verification purposes.
Following review and verification, Jalil Brothers shall determine and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, or such other remedy as may be deemed appropriate.
7. DELIVERY DELAYS
Whilst Jalil Brothers endeavours to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally arise due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
• Severe weather conditions.
• Public holidays.
• Natural disasters.
• Political or civil disruptions.
• Courier service interruptions or delays.
• Unusually high order volumes during promotional periods.
Jalil Brothers shall not be held responsible or liable for delays arising from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery services are available for eligible orders within Pakistan.
Customers are requested to ensure their availability at the designated delivery address and to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
Jalil Brothers reserves the right to verify Cash on Delivery orders prior to dispatch and may, at its sole discretion, decline or cancel orders that cannot be satisfactorily verified.
9. RIGHTS AND RESERVATIONS
Jalil Brothers reserves the right to amend, revise, or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
