EXCHANGES & CLAIMS
Exchange Eligibility
✔ Unused and unworn products may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
✔ Products must be returned in their original condition, including:
• Original packaging
• Tags and labels attached
• Original invoice or proof of purchase
✔ Exchanges are only applicable for:
• Size issues
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect product received
• Damaged product received
✔ The replacement product must be of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Exchange Exclusions
Exchange requests will not be entertained in the following cases:
✖ Change of mind after purchase
✖ Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
✖ Products without original tags or packaging
✖ Customized, stitched, or altered garments
✖ Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or final sale events (unless received defective)
✖ Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper care, or normal wear and tear
SIZE EXCHANGES
✔ If an exchange is requested due to sizing issues, customers will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning and receiving the exchanged product.
✔ Customers are encouraged to review product size charts carefully before placing an order.
REFUND POLICY
Jalil Brothers follows a No Refund Policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:
✔ Product is unavailable or out of stock after order confirmation.
✔ Wrong product delivered and replacement is unavailable.
✔ Defective product received and replacement is not possible.
✔ Order canceled by Jalil Brothers due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Terms
✔ Refunds, where applicable, will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
✔ Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
✔ Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
✔ Jalil Brothers reserves the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
7-DAY QUALITY CHECK WARRANTY
All products purchased from Jalil Brothers are covered under a 7-Day Quality Check Warranty.
Customers may inspect the product upon receiving it and report any manufacturing defect within 7 days.
Examples of eligible defects include:
✔ Faulty stitching
✔ Fabric defects
✔ Missing accessories or components
✔ Damaged product received
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
✖ Normal wear and tear
✖ Damage caused by misuse or negligence
✖ Accidental damage
✖ Alterations or modifications made by the customer
✖ Damage caused during washing or improper care
EXCHANGE & CLAIM PROCESS
To initiate an exchange or claim:
Step 1
Contact our customer support team through:
• Phone Call
Step 2
Provide:
• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Reason for exchange or claim
• Clear images or videos of the product (if applicable)
Step 3
Once approved, customers will be instructed regarding the return process.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
SHIPPING POLICY FOR EXCHANGES
✔ Customers are responsible for shipping products back for exchange unless the error occurred on our part.
✔ If the exchange is approved due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, Jalil Brothers will bear the replacement shipping cost.
✔ If the exchange is requested due to size preference, the customer will bear all shipping charges.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATIONS
✔ Orders may be canceled any time before dispatch.
✔ Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
✔ Customers will receive shipment confirmation along with tracking information once the order is dispatched.
✔ Orders canceled due to stock unavailability will be eligible for a full refund (for prepaid orders).
COMPANY RIGHTS & RESERVATIONS
Jalil Brothers reserves the right to:
✔ Cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or unforeseen circumstances.
✔ Refuse exchange or claim requests that do not comply with this policy.
✔ Modify, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
The final decision regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and claims shall remain solely with Jalil Brothers.
