However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, we have established a structured Customer Claim Policy to address your concerns promptly and fairly.


CLAIM ELIGIBILITY

A customer claim is applicable only in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect or order discrepancy.

Claims are applicable for:

✔ Faulty stitching or finishing defects

✔ Fabric defects present at the time of delivery

✔ Manufacturing defects in garments, footwear, or accessories

✔ Incorrect size, color, or product received due to our error

✔ Damaged product received during transit

✔ Missing item(s) from the order


Claims are NOT applicable for:

✖ Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use

✖ Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or negligence

✖ Accidental damage, stains, burns, or cuts

✖ Color variations due to screen or device settings

✖ Altered, washed, or used products

✖ Change of mind after purchase

✖ Customized, stitched, or altered products

✖ Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or final sale events (unless received defective)


CLAIM PERIOD

✔ Customers may file a claim within 7 days of receiving their order.

✔ Claims submitted after the specified period may not be entertained.

✔ The original invoice, order number, or proof of purchase must be provided for claim processing.


CLAIM PROCESS

1️⃣ Initiate a Claim

Customers can contact our customer support team through:

• WhatsApp

• Email

• Phone Call

• Visiting our physical outlet in Islamabad

Please provide:

• Order Number

• Customer Name

• Contact Information

• Clear images or videos highlighting the issue

• A brief description of the claim


2️⃣ Evaluation & Verification

Upon receiving your claim, our Quality Assurance Team will carefully inspect and evaluate the issue to determine whether it falls within our claim eligibility criteria.

Additional information or images may be requested if required.


3️⃣ Resolution

If the claim is approved, Jalil Brothers may, at its sole discretion:

✔ Replace the defective product

✔ Exchange the product for an alternative item

✔ Repair the product (where applicable)

✔ Offer store credit or refund in exceptional circumstances


RESOLUTION TIMELINE

✔ Approved claims are generally processed within 7–10 working days.

✔ Customers will be informed regarding the status and resolution of their claim through WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, or email.


CLAIM SHIPPING POLICY

✔ Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Jalil Brothers for claim evaluation unless otherwise advised.

✔ If the claim is approved, Jalil Brothers will bear the cost of replacement or exchange shipping.

✔ If the claim is rejected after inspection, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.


IMPORTANT NOTES

• Products must be returned in their original condition, including tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices.

• Jalil Brothers reserves the right to reject any claim that does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

• The final decision regarding any claim shall rest solely with Jalil Brothers.
